Our client desired a vernacular house on the Polynesian island providing inhabitants with a scenic view of the ocean and the lush green grass of the golf course. The design of the open living space allowed a wide view of the surroundings. With the added amenities of the pavilion, swimming pool and fire pit submerged in a tropical landscape truly provides a relaxing experience. Currently under review.
Sunnyside Housing

This project was a design competition for Sunnyside Housing Authority to develop a community in Sunnyside Washington. The concept design created a community village of 60 family townhomes, community center, children play areas and individual garden plots.
